1: subract one of the y from the other one 0--3, or 0+3=3

2: Do the same with the x of the right y 1-2=-1

3: put the solution to the y over the solution to the x 3/1-

4: simplify -3

5: write out what you now know y=-3x+b

6: fill in y and x with one of the points -3=-3(2)+b

7: Solve

a) Combine like terms -3=-6+b

b) add 6 to both sides 3=b

8: write out the problem with everything you know y=-3x+3
