Answer is 10x + 25y = 15

Explanation: A dependent linear system of equations will form the same line, so to form the same line, it will have the same slope and same y intercept and it will have an infinite many solutions.
The second equation COULD be
10x + 25y = 15, which will form the same line.
It is found by multiplying the first equation by 5.
Example multiply
5 (2x + 5y = 3)

There are many possible equations that would fit this answer.
