occipital lobe: visual processing center
temporal lobe: creating and preserving conscious and long term memory
parietal lobe: processes sensory information (smell, touch, taste, etc)
frontal lobe: controls IMPORTANT cognitive skills such as judgement, language, memory, emotions, problem solving, etc. This is where your personality and ability communicates stems from
