To find the area of the triangle we have to use 1/2bh (b refers to base and h refers to height)

In this case b= 10 and h= 7 so we multiply those 10 x 7 = 70 and then divide by two which gives us 35

Now for the area of the circle:
3.14(r)^2 (3.14 times the radius squared)

The base for the triangle and the diameter for the circle are the same, 10, and the radius is half of the diameter making it 5.

3.14(5)^2 = ?

5^2 = 25

3.14(25) = 78.5

So now to find the total area add up 78.5 and 35 which gives you 113.5

A= 113.5
