1) False (Physical dimension of health doesn't have to be the foundation of all other dimesions of health eg. you may be healthy, fit but you may still have depression which is an emotional dimension- I think my friend right next to me told this lol)

2) False- well this also depends on how you look at this. Even emotionally healthy people go through stress, fear, love, happiness etc. but that doesn't mean they'll be less affected by it. Yes, people with emtional unstabililty or people who have depression etc. and other conditions may be affected more by some types of emotions.

3) This depends on how you look at this. The stress response ('fight or flight' response) is the emergency reaction system of the body. It's there to keep you safe in emergencies. The stress response includes physical and thought responses to your perception of various situations- so yes, I would say so. But if you mean byt stress response as in, like just being stressed- it doesn't have to be essential to be successfull.

4) True (well, generally speaking, they probably are quite overwhelmed but this does differ from peson to person!)

5) True (People usually have better mental health if they have an optimistic look of the world because it moves away from the negative things and perspectives)
