Answer:

Diversity is crucial to be present in schools for multiple reasons. Whenever we have diversity, students are able to learn and connect with each other more efficiently on any given topic. Along with that, we are able to grow and transform throughout learning something that we may not be exposed to in our daily life. Usually we are young in school, being able to learn these differences throughout diversity will help us connect and build future relationships. We can then take those values into the workforce, or our future endeavors so we are able to interact with different social groups more efficiently. Finally, I believe diversity also promotes academic success. We are able to learn more efficiently by hearing what our peers have to say, since other ethnic groups may know something already that we don't know.
