The question was "Should Hispanics be allowed to use the N word?" 80% of the students say that Hispanics should be able to say the N word since they're minorities as well. The other 19% of African Americans said they shouldn't because of the history behind it. This shows that diversity can sometimes be a bad thing because like I said depending on the context (In this example, the survey) there will be different answers which can lead to conflicts and even getting physical.
