In the photo I have attached, you can see that according to MyPlate, a healthy meal should contain:
•A little under 1/4 plate of Fruits
•A little over 1/4 plate of veggies (fruits and veggies should make up 1/2 of the plate
• Less than 1/4 plate of grains
• A little more than 1/4 plate of Protien
•Some form of dairy

oranges (fruits)

rice (grains)

peas (vegetables)

chicken (protein)

and milk (dairy)
