Why isn't being an outsider universal?

It is universal because at some time in our life at least once we had to be considered an outsider. Whether that may be a friend group that you weren't welcome in, or a sports team that you were considered one of the worst on. You were being considered an outsider at that moment. Everybody has to at least of experienced this once in their life.
