well… start from theta which is the circle in the top corner
sin = opp/hypotenuse so 8/10 cos = 6 / 10 tan= 8/6

Explanation:

Looking at the angle, 6 is adjacent to it, 8 is opposite to it, and 10 is the hypotenuse

for Sine it is Opposite over Hypotenuse so 8/10 (Soh)

for Cosine it is Adjacent over Hypotenuse so 6/10 (Cah)

for Tangent it is Opposite over Adjacent so 8/6 (Toa)
