Percent Error = (|experimental value - actual value| / actual value) x 100%

Plugging in the values, we get:

Percent Error = (|26.6 - 24.30| / 24.30) x 100% = 0.0947 x 100% = 9.47%

However, as per the rules of significant figures, the final answer should be rounded to 2 significant figures, so the answer would be 9.5%.
