Answer: The measure of it's complementary angle is 77 degrees.

Explanation:

Complementary angles add up yo 90 degrees. An equation to see this is x + y = 90. If we know angle one we can substitute that in as x (or y) and then we have 13 + y = 90. Then you simply subtract 13 from 90 and get your answer of 77.
