Answer: -4c + 16

Explanation:

So to expand all you do is simply multiply the number outside the bracket (-4) but the numbers inside the bracket one by one as such:
-4 * c = -4c
-4 * -4 = 16

Therefore your answer is -4c + 16 as it can not be simplified further because there as no more like terms to be collected. Hope this helped! ^^
