Answer: "Thus Conscience Does Make Cowards of Us All."

Explanation: Hamlet is a religious man. He states his conscience is telling him that killing his uncle is wrong, and that's why he's being cowardly and putting it off. In the same way Hamlet wishes to commit self-die, but his conscience won't let him as he knows it would be self-slaughter which is against his faith. Hence how much he procrastinates, and it ends up leading to his doom lol
