Answer: 8x + 11

Explanation:

1. Distribute the 3 on both variables. SO 3 times 2x plus 3 times 1 is (6x+3).

2. Do the same for the 2. You get (2x +8)

3.(6x+3) + (2x+8).

4. Rid the parenthesis.

5. 6x + 3 +2x + 8.

6. Combine like terms.

7. 8x + 11 is your solution.
