The pressure at the tap 7m below the platform can be calculated using the formula for pressure in a fluid, which is:

P = h * ρ * g

where:

h is the height of the fluid above the tap

ρ is the density of the fluid (assumed to be 1000 kg/m^3 for water)

g is the acceleration due to gravity (9.8 m/s^2)

So, h = (15 - 7) + 1.3 = 9.3 m

Plugging in the values:

P = 9.3 * 1000 * 9.8 = 90970 Pa or N/m^2

So, the pressure at the tap 7m below the platform is approximately 90,970 N/m^2.
