I think the answer is condition 3 as when a cells environment enters a hypotonic solution it starts to shrivel up and all the water from the environment rushes inside the cell resulting in a net loss of water in the cells environment. A hypotonic solution is when that solution is lower than another solution- in this case the cells. Condition 3 is the only condition in which the environment has less water.
