Given the circuit information, we can calculate the current and voltages as follows:

IT = VT / (R1 + R2 + Ro)

I1 = IT

I2 = IT

RT = R1 + R2 + Ro

RT = 7 + 7 + 12 = 26 Ohms

So the total resistance of the circuit (RT) is 26 Ohms.
