Tricky question

The formula to find the volume of a cone is: V = 1/3 (pi x radius sqr x height)

And for the cylinder
V= pi x radius sqr x height

So it is multiplied by 3

Volume of cone = 9
Volume of cylinder = 27

(The volume formula for the cone is dividing by 3)
