If f(x)= log(x^2 + 3x) 2^3x, find f'(2)=?

Answer:

f'(2)=64

Explanation:

After plugging in 2 for x our equation would look like

log(2^2+(3×2))×2^(3x2)

Now just follow PEMDAS, starting with the left.

1: 2^2=4, 3×2=6, 4+6= 10

2: 3×2=6, 2^6=64

3: log(10)=1

4: 1×64=64

5: f'(2)=64
