only has one zero/root, and it's a quadratic, means that that only zero has a multiplicity of 2, namely is there twice, so

\begin{cases} x = -10 &\implies x +10=0\\ x = -10 &\implies x +10=0\\ \end{cases} \\\\[-0.35em] ~\dotfill\\\\ \stackrel{original~polynomial}{( x +10 )( x +10 ) = \stackrel{0}{h}}\implies x^2+20x+100=h
