There is a bag filled with 5 blue and 6 red marbles.

A marble is taken at random from the bag, the colour is noted and then it is replaced.
Another marble is taken at random.
What is the probability of getting exactly 1 red?

The probability of getting exactly one red marble is found by finding the number of ways to get one red marble and dividing it by the total number of possible outcomes. There are 6 ways to get one red marble (taking one red marble out of the first draw) and 11 ways to get one marble of any color in the second draw (since there are 11 total marbles in the bag). So, the probability of getting exactly one red marble is 6/11
