Firstly, the customer service at the branch is lacking. On my last visit, the staff members were unresponsive and appeared disinterested in helping me. They were also slow to process my transaction, which caused me to miss an important appointment.

Secondly, the branch is consistently understaffed. This has led to long wait times, making it difficult for customers to receive prompt service. Additionally, the staff members present were not able to assist with all the customers' needs, which caused frustration to the customers.

Lastly, the branch is in poor condition. The floor and bathrooms were dirty, and several of the machines were not functioning properly. This has led to an unpleasant environment for customers and does not reflect well on your company.

I hope that you will take the necessary steps to address these issues at the New Town branch. As a long-time customer of your company, I have come to expect a high level of service, and I believe that the shortcomings at this branch do not meet those expectations.
