First, find out how many variables there are. In this case, we have 26 letters (a-z) and 10 numbers (0-9). Add 26 and 10 and we get 36. Next we find to what power we express in 36. In this case, there are six places in total, so 36 will be to the sixth power. Plug in 36^6 (or 36•36•36•36•36•36) and you’ll receive your answer of 2,176,782,336
