Answer: 2/3

Explanation:

First you multiply both numerators which equals 8

Then, you multiply the denomerators which is 24

This gives you 8/24

Since both 8 and 24 are divisible by 8, you divide them by 8 and you get 1/3

Since two negative numbers equal a positive one, the answer is positive
