We have two values i.e., 6*10^6 and 4*10^4
we divide both of them
i.e., =6*10^6/4*10^4
we shift the 10^4 to the numerator which becomes 10^-4.
=6*10^6*10^-4/4

=6*10^2/4

=600/4

=150
so, 6*10^6 is 150 times greater than 4*10^4
