The derivative f’(x) would be -4/x^3
This could be found by rewriting the fraction as 2x^-2 since an exponent at the bottom of a fraction is considered negative when rewritten.
From there, we subtract 1 from the exponent and multiply the value of the exponent times the number in front of x according to derivative rules.
So -2•2=-4 and -2-1= -3.
From there we just plug 5 into f’(x) and get -4/125
Hope this helps!
