An exercise that may injure one person might be harmless or even beneficial for another. why is that?

An exercise that might help one person but on the other hand be harmless to another is because everyone has different abilities and are at different levels. Ex. Someone may rep 100 pounds bench press while the other isn’t even close to lifting up the 100 when they’re still on 50, they may end up hurting themselves.
