what two numbers can you multiply that will equal to 30 when you multiply but 13 when you add them?

10+3=13 10*3=30

so we can use 10 and 3

since the first symbol (x^2+13x) is positive than the bigger number you got earlier (10) will be positive

(x+10)

since the second symbol (13x+30) is positive than our next symbol will be positive as well

(x+3)

combine them so now they are (x+10)(x+3)
