I'm not sure what the options are, but here are some study methods that could assist you in your learning journey:
-the Cornell method
-the Blurting method
-the Feynman technique
-Mind Mapping
Of these four popular study methods, I use a mixture of Blurting and mind-mapping techniques.
The blurting method is where I review a section in my textbook and immediately try to copy down all the information I read using mind mapping. When I'm finished, I go through the section in my textbook again and see what I missed. Whatever information I skipped, I write it down in a separate color pen on the same sheet of paper.
Mind mapping is where you write and connect a word using arrows and lines. It's a more relaxed study method and allows for fluid thoughts.
