Answer: Point B would be (-11, 7) and Point C would be (11,7)

Explanation:

Whenever we transfer or flip a point over the x-axis, the x-coordinate will stay the same but the y-coordinate with change signs (positive into negative or vise versa) and if we flip the point over the y-axis, the y-coordinate will stay the same but the x-coordinate with change signs.
