4. How could the Articles of Confederation be amended?

Was this process easy or difficult? Why?

5.Why do you think the Founders initially wanted a government that did not have I a strong central ruler, like a president or King, holding most of the power?

Answer:

The articles required unanimous consent to any amendment , so all 13 states will need to agree on a change. Given the rivalries between the states, that rule made the articles impossible to adapt after the war ended in Britain 1783
