Please be kind to your server. It’s usually not their fault. Sometimes the kitchen is “backed up” for whatever reasons. I ask you to please enjoy your night out and to not feel rushed. It’s understandable if you have an agenda. Please be patient toward the food that you’ve ordered. Sometimes in a busy restaurant it may take some unexpected time for your meal to arrive as intended. That means that the chefs are working their best to present the right meal to you. The last thing a restaurateur wants is an unhappy diner.
