Disregard to working conditions of workers

Ethical issues observed in incident at Morales

The most critical ethical issues neglected was disregarding the health and safety of workers leading to the list of Manuel's life. It is the responsibility of every employer to ensure the safety and health of their workers but the engineering company failed.

The least critical ethical issues is when Manuel volunteered to control the process manually because the automated program was not working. The temperature and the pressure were raised than originally required from the plant.

Hence, the engineering company did not put in place the necessary process required to make production fast, safe and efficient.
