According to the given question

slope (m) = -5

points given on the line =(2,-1)

the generic equation of point slope form will be given by where

m is the slope and x1 and y1 are the given point:

y - y1 = m (x - x1)

thus on putting the given values

m=-5, x=2 and y=-1 we will get,

=> y - (-1) = -5 (x - 2)

=> y+1 = -5 (x-2) which is the required point slope form of the line.
