y = -3/2 x + 7

Explanation:

Start at the point on the bottom right. You count up 6 and 4 left to get to the second point. Up is postive and left is negative. That gives you a slope of 6/-4. This can be simplified to 3/-2. You can put the negative sign on the top, bottom or middle to show that the number is negative.

The line crosses the x axis at 7.
