Americans are having foot injuries like plantar fasciitis, a painful inflammation of the bottom of the foot that can last for
months. (3) If you do get plantar fasciitis, here’s an exercise that often helps it go away. (4) First, stand about arm’s length
from a counter that is a little more than waist high. (5) Be sure your feet are about a shoulder length apart. (6) Next, pivot
your toes so that you are pigeon-toed. (7) Then, bend your legs toward each other so that you are knock-kneed. (8) Finally,
bring your hips and upper body forward toward the counter, resting your forearms on the countertop to take some of the
weight off. (9) Make sure to keep your heels on the floor as you hold the position for 30 to 60 seconds. (10) Do this
exercise twice a day.

Answer: Go into docs and make sentence 1 a heading, for B click the slanted "I" (Which will do this) and write sentence 3. Make sentences 4-10 into numbered steps (Example):
