When converting a percent in fraction form, you must know its place value of each number, and you can easily transform it to fraction.

EXAMPLE:

3.3% - the place value is ones. It is a whole number and called as three.

3.3% - the place value is tenths. It is called as three-tenths.

ANSWER

= 3 3/10 as this can't be simplified.

PERCENT TO DECIMAL

When you convert a percent to decimal, you must divide it by 100.

ANSWER

= 0.33
