I know this question is already answered but I have doubts about the answer sooo yeah. Anyways,

to find refraction angle we need to use snell's law, which is

(sin\alpha )/(sin\beta ) = (n_(2) )/(n_(1) )

Here n1 is refractive index of air, n2 is refractive index of water, α is incident angle & β is angle of refraction.

Answer:

angle is 30 because when the light surface hits the water it perfectly make an refracted angel which will be 30
