(\stackrel{x_1}{-4}~,~\stackrel{y_1}{8})\hspace{10em} \stackrel{slope}{m} ~=~ - 1 \\\\\\ \begin{array}c \cline{1-1} \textit{point-slope form}\\ \cline{1-1} \\ y-y_1=m(x-x_1) \\\\ \cline{1-1} \end{array}\implies y-\stackrel{y_1}{8}=\stackrel{m}{- 1}(x-\stackrel{x_1}{(-4)}) \implies y -8= -1 (x +4) \\\\\\ y-8=-x-4\implies {\Large \begin{array}{llll} y=-x+4 \end{array}}

Answer:

y - 8 = -1 (x + 4)

Explanation:

I don't know if your suppose to solve it but i'll do it anyway

y - 8 = -1 (x+4)

y - 8 = -1x - 4

y - 8 +8 = -1x -4 +8

y = -1x + 4
