→ Tn = 2n² - 3n - 6

→ T8 = 2(8)² - 3(8) - 6

→ T8 = 2(64) - 24 - 6

→ T8 = 128 - 30

→ [ T8 = 98 ]

Hence, the 8th term is 98.
