Explanation:

A translation is the movement of the graphed line, either vertically or horizontally. The two given points are A and D:

A (2,11)

D (10,9)

When the line is translated, point A becomes A' (8,22).

Pint A is moved to the right by 6, and up by 11. Lets do the same for point D to make it D'

D' = (10+6, 9+11)

D' = (16,20)
