Can someone tell me what number on the number line is greater than -9 for an inequality?

Can someone tell me what number on the number line is greater than -9 for an inequality-example-1

Answer: Any number that is to the right of it, hence greater/bigger.

-8,-7,-6,-5.....

Explanation:

Example: If you have -8 vs -9 vs -10 dollars, You have more with -8 vs -9 or -10.

Hence anything to the right of a give number on the number line is greater.

Also, think of the opposite with negatives.

For example with positive numbers, the larger the number the greater, but with negative numbers its the other way around, the smaller the number the greater.
