x=1/10
Explanation:
2x+3 = 4-8x
2x+8x=4-3
10x=1
x=1/10

2x + 3 = 4 - 8x
add 8x on both sides
10x + 3 = 4
subtract 3 on both sides
10x = 1
divide by ten
1/10 = x
