Option A) ‘With fire they could at least warm their bodies and cook their food,’ Prometheus thought, ‘and later they could make tools and build houses for themselves and enjoy some of the comforts of the gods.’”

This passage most strongly explains why Jupiter will not give fire to man, in this passage Prometheus is thinking about the benefits that fire could bring to mankind if Jupiter were to give it to them. It also talks about the use of fire for cooking, warming and building houses, which are the benefits that mankind would get if Jupiter decides to give fire to them.
