Answer:

48 sq cm

Explanation:

The smaller square is 3' x 3' = 9 square feet.

The larger square is 9' x 9' = 81 square feet.

9 goes into 81 exactly 9 times (81 / 9 = 9), so we could just multiply the 54 cm by 9 and get your answer in centimetres.

54 x 9 = 486 cm
