If (5,-4) is a point on f(x), write an ordered pair that must be on the graph of y=f(x-2)-3

I already tried plugging 5 and -4 in for x, but that didn't work.

Answer:

(3,0)

Explanation:

x - 2

5 - 2 = 3

3 would be our x value or our input value.

When the input is 3, the output is

3 - 3 = 0

This gives us the ordered pair

(3,0)
