writing/ going for a walk/ running / jumping jacks/ push ups Explanation: i said writing because when you write it makes your fingers more stronger and when you walk it helps your legs also running does to when you do jumping jacks it kinda helps out your body to get stronger and when you do push ups it makes your arms stronger and buffer .
