Explanation:

I wrote it in interval notation but if x can be any whole number between those two it can literally be -3, -2, 1, 0 or 1. Unless there are further restrictions or some sort of equation, there is no one number answer. Pick your poison, write it like x = {-3, -2, 1, 0, 1} if you'd like or the way I wrote it.
