Recently I have come across news which highlighted the importance of yoga for young children . So this letter is regarding the commencement of yoga classes in our school.

The kids are frozen to their beds or study tables because of the cramped, closed-off houses. They are always looking through their books or phones. Nowadays, it's quite common for young children to experience sadness, anxiety, panic attacks, etc. The contemporary generation's susceptibility on both a physical and mental level has truly increased the value of yoga in our lives. Yoga teaches discipline, curbs impulsivity, enhances memory and focus, helps kids better regulate their emotions, and helps them manage their anxieties. The finest thing we can do to ensure a healthy and long life is to start practicing yoga at a young age.

With this keeping in my mind , its my sincere request to the concerned authorities to start yoga classes in the school as soon as possible.
